How WPiQ collects, uses and looks after your information. We keep it short and only collect what we need to reply to you.
Who we are
WPiQ provides waterproofing take-offs, membrane installation, and related documents and websites. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you use the contact form, that's your name, email address, an optional phone number, the topic you pick, and your message. We don't ask for anything else, and there are no accounts or logins on this site.
How your message reaches us
The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-handling service that passes your submission to us by email. Your message travels through their systems and then sits in our email inbox. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if the job goes ahead, to carry out the work.
Hosting and analytics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. To serve and protect the site, Cloudflare processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. If we turn on visitor analytics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it uses no cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for marketing. We only use the services named above to run the site and to reply to you.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email [email protected] and we'll help. We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them, then delete them.
Visitors from outside New Zealand
WPiQ is a New Zealand business, and we handle the information you give us under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 — the same way, wherever you're visiting from. If you contact us, your information is handled by us in New Zealand and by the services named above (such as Web3Forms and Cloudflare), which may process or store data in other countries. If the privacy law in your own country gives you additional rights, email us and we'll do our best to help.
